This policy explains what information Hostack collects through this website (hostack.co) and how we use it. It covers the public marketing site only; the Hostack application has its own in-product terms.

• Information you give us. When you apply to the Co-Build Program, join the SaaS waitlist, or contact us, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, email address, property name and location, team size, and anything you write to us.
• Usage analytics. If you consent, we collect privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics about how the site is used (such as page views and performance metrics) via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. No analytics run before you opt in.

How we use it

• To respond to your application or message and assess fit.
• To notify waitlist subscribers before the SaaS launches.
• To understand and improve how the site performs.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site (for example, our hosting and analytics provider, Vercel), and where required by law.

Your rights
